I took this photo in a Shinto shrine today.
Moss on the guardian dog and fresh leaves on the trees, those green color makes me relax.

You can see an old lighthouse over the autumn leaves.

 It is preserved as a cultural property.

Lanterns in a Small Shinto Shrine

I took these photos in my neighborhood today.
I think those lanterns are for an annual event of the shrine.
I like those soft lights.

Yellow Leaves

You may remember this place.
I post this place as " A Small Shinto Shrine" on this blog last month.
I went to there again last monday and took these photos.
On that day, the ground was coverd with yellow leaves.

A Small Shinto Shrine

I took this photo today.
This scene will be changed dramaticaly with yellow leaves in end of fall.

I took these photo in Funabashi Shrine today.
This shrine was decorated for new year.
It was very crowded by visiters.

Funabashi Shrine in Fall

I took these photos in funabashi shrine today.
Funabashi shrine is a shinto shrine located in central funabashi.
In this time, those yellow and red leaves make the shrine very colourfull.

Inari shrine by the old residence

This small Inari shrine stands by an old residence called " Kioukaku".

Photo above is a stone fox of the Inari shrine.

In the left side of the photo above, you can see the small Inari shrine.

Kamiyama-jinmyosha

Kamiyama-jinmyosha is a shinto shrine that is located western part of funabashi.
Kamiyama is a town name.
There are many trees in the precincts of the shrine.
I took these photos with listening songs of cicadas today.

Mikoshi in the Building

I took these photos in funabashi shrine.
Mikoshi is miniature shrine.
You can see two mikoshi in the first photo.
Those are carried in parade of festival.
But usually those are kept in that building.

Green Tree in the Shrine

This old tree stands in the precincts of funabashi daijingu (funabashi shrine).
Trunk of the tree is covered with moss.
When I visited the shrine, around the tree is very calm.
The tree looks more beautiful in the silence.

Children in the Shrine

I took these photos in the precincts of yamano sengen Jinja.
When I was a boy, I used to play in such a shrine.
They took me back to my boyhood.

Baby Guardian Dog

I took these photos in yamano sengen jinja.
In the photo above, you can see a guardian dog standing on the top of rocks.
And you can also see his baby in the bottom of the photo.
Father guardian dog is watching his baby.


And the baby guardian dog is about to try to climb up those rocks by his own power.

Yamano Sengen Jinja (4)

This is a stone lantern in yamano sengen jinja.
It is set in front of the hall of the shrine.
Those pine trees make the stone lantern more beautiful.

This is second gate of yamano sengen jinja.
Long approach lies behind this stone gate.
I like walk on this calm approach.

Entrance of yamano sengen jinja is faced to route 14.
But we have to go up this stone stairs to go to hall of the shrine.
You can see stone gate on top of the stairs.

Yamano sengen jinja is a shinto shrine that is located between funabashi station and nishi-funabashi station.
It is on a hill.
Fine pine trees grow by the hall of shrine.

It drizzled today.
I went to neighboring small shinto shrine to take photo.
I took these photos under tree.
This place is a same place where I took a photo of Guardian dog in last week.
