Hina Ningyo in a Train Station

I took these photos on the concourse of Minami-funabashi station today.
"Hina Ningyo" means dolls for girl's day ( March 3rd ).

Pedesrian Deck in the Evening

I took this photo around 7:30(pm).
That bridge connects two railway stations.
( Sobu line and Keisei line).
Many people pass through the bridge to go back home.

Concourse of Nishi-Funabashi Station

This is a concourse of nishi-funabashi station that is an important terminal station in chiba prefecture.
I took this photo in the evening.
On that time that concourse was very crowded.

Taxi Terminal

This is a taxi terminal in front of funabashi railway station.
Many taxi are waiting for passenger.
We are in serious depression now.

Funabashi Station in the Evening

I took this photo last Monday.
It was a view from a pedestrian deck which is on the south side of the station.
You can see concourse of the station below the platform.
And those people on that escalator, are going to change train line.

Tobu Department Store in Early Evening

I took this photo on the pedestrian deck which is on north side of funabashi station.
This department store is connected with JR funabashi station and Tobu railway funabashi station.
It is a land mark of central funabashi.

Station Ikebana

It is getting warm, we are in early spring.
By the way, this ikebana was displayed in a concourse of railway station.

This ikebana has very simple composition.
Very small petals which have soft colours get the fresh green colour more beautiful.
I think it is an image of spring.

Station Kiosk

This is a train station kiosk.
They prepare various items.
It is very convenient for the people who commute by train.

In front of the station in a rainy day

I took this photo on the north side of funabashi railway station.
I is not fine in a few days here in funabashi.
When it is fine that bicycle parking is full.

Chocolate Sale

Today, I took this photo on the concourse of funabashi railway station.
Today is February, 15.
I suppose they didn't sell amount that they had planned.

Passengers

This building is located between two "funabashi station" (JR-line and Keisei-line).
And the building is connected to both of the stations by the pedestrian deck.
Many people pass through the building.

Infront of Funabashi Station

This photo is south side of funabashi railway station.
It is a view from the pedestrian deck.
I took this photo before 5 PM, so it was not so crowded.
It is getting cold, people walk fast.

Illumination on the pedestrian deck

This is north side of funabashi railway station.
In this time, the town is decorated.
So I thought to take a photo of illumination.
But I take photos by cell phone camera, I had to be close to the light.

Railway track in the afternoon

I took this photo on the edge of the platform of tobu funabashi station in this afternoon.
This station is terminate of the line, so the railway track extend from there.
The sky was nice colour, I think it will be fine tommorow.

Sobu-Rapid-Line

I took this photo at Funabashi station (JR).
This train runs on railway track beside sobu-line.
It taks 27 min to go to tokyo St. from funabashi St by this train.
And we can go to narita airport by it reasonably.
The car is E217 series which was developed as outer-suburban type.

Ikebana Today

About "Ikebana", please check my article Ikebana in the railway station .
I took this photo in the Tobu-funabashi railway station yesterday.
It is very simple, only few flowers.
But green and red makes it fresh.
Totaly, I think it gives autumn beauty.

Street singer

It is getting early to sun set.
I took this photo in front of funabashi railroad station.
She was singing a slow ballad.
I have never heard the song.
I suppose she composed it.

Event Station

Infront of funabashi railroad station, they sell something interesting.
Some time local products in Japan, some time low-priced music CD, some time vegetables fresh from farm, etc.
The other day, they sell sweet from Kyoto.
I was in the mood of kyoto a little.

Tobu Noda line

Tobu Noda line is a railroad line which is maneged by Tobu railway co.,ltd.
It runs between funabashi (chiba prefecture) and omiya (saitama prefecture).

Photo above is funabashi station of Tobu railway.
I took it around 6pm.
It is not crowded yet.
