"Takasho, (鷹匠)" means falconer.

It's a lovely wooden bridge and I like the lone goshawk display. Understated elegance.

The river is not Edo-gawa but Ebi-gawa.
If you take a walk from funabashi market along the River toward the upper stream, you can find the bridge.
