I guess there's no real baby there, it's just a sign to make people understand..
PS: "Hotel" in french, is not only a place where to rent a room to sleep. it's also a tall ancient building, built by rich and/or powerful people, to live in ,or to work in, and who want to show how rich and powerful they are. the "hotel" today on my blog was built by a minister in the XVth century, and now belongs to a bank.
No sleeping room there!:)
