I took this photo on the walking road along ebigawa (ebi-river) today.
You might have seen there in my photo which I post in spring.
In summer, those leaves of cherry trees shade the road from sun light, and we can enjoy walkng along the river.

It is a nice walk. I walked there in 1954.
I am still making history on my Pick a Peck of Pixels blog. Today I posted a Zebra Butterfly with long tails. He is as big as your hand. Most have never seen one. Now you can see one at
Pick a Peck of Pixels
Best place to be in summer: under the sweet shadow of beautyful green trees near a river..
What a beautiful place a perfect spot for a walking indeed!
Great shot and I loved the perspective

I like this alley of trees:)
An enchanting place, a picture full of charm.
Thanks!

Hi Nobu,
I heard on TV news today that there was a big storm over east Asia and Japan, with strong rains, and even typhoons.. The news were not very precise, Asia seems being far away for journalists..
I hope that you and your family are well and safe.
I think this is one of my favorites you have taken, Nobu. So peaceful.
umm, so lovely, and I see also cherry blossoms sprinkled on the walk in spring.. perhaps falling into my hair as I walk below, and also I can see this same scene with snow covered branches in winter, so I have taken a years long walk on this path way with you.. Thanks Nobu!
