The street light over the tree gives light by solar energy.
Day time it makes electricity by solar panel and save it to the battery.
I found it when I walking in central funabashi the other day.
I think it is necessary to improve technology to spread it all over funabashi city.

What a brilliant idea! Here in Southern California we had some solar lights for the bus stops and emergency phones on the freeways.
