My mother painted this picture with using paintting brush(Hude).
It is a traditionally painting style in Japan.
This is a picture of DAIKOKUTEN, one of Seven Gods of Good Luck and Good Fortune .

A street vegetable vender in front of station

Today, while I was walking, I happend to see a street vegetable vender in front of Funabashi station.
They sell vegetables sent from farms in Funabashi-city directly.
They are showing the name of farmer to hold the attention of consumers who ask food safety.

Decorations of cherry blossomes

At this time, we often see decorations of cherry blossomes.
In departmemt store, supermarket, station.
(Of course , that are not real flowers)
We seems to be in a festival.

Cherry blossoms are starting to bloom

Today, I took this photo at Funabashi-city.

When I was thinking of creating a photo blog of Japan, I decided to take a photo of cherry blossoms for my first article.
Because I love cherry blossoms, and many of Japanese too.
