Keiyo road is a highway which connect Tokyo and Chiba prefecture.I took this photo at baraki interchange.That place is in ichikawa city that is next to funabashi city, but it is near to nishi-funabashi station.

The picture is like a symbol of modern life: behind a grill, we see the car traffic and the modern buildings. No trees, no liberty...Interesting picture, but sad mood...
