A blog of Japan. You can see Japanese daily life and scenery through my camera. All photos are taken in Funabashi city and surround.
I took these photos on the concourse of Minami-funabashi station today."Hina Ningyo" means dolls for girl's day ( March 3rd ).Please check my article of Hina ningyo from here .
I remember well when you spoke about those dolls. I could see some real dolls in Monaco, in the Japanese gardens; They are so wonderful!
Beautiful dolls. I'm kind of surprised to see the display in a train station though — is it a common practice to have them in public areas too? Welcome back, Nobu! I hope that the two weeks you were gone was just for a vacation.
Is it already that season? Beautiful dolls :)
I love those dolls - they are so beautiful! What a lovely idea the Girl's Day:)
I love the doll festival! I have a couple of doll festival boards which I display in a scroll hanging in my office!
I love the colors and detail on the dolls. So very pretty.
