This is a park which is by the river flows in funabashi city.
I took these photos last Saturday.
The park in winter is looks lonely.
But I feel a kind of strength of the nature in the scenery.
Those naked cherry trees are watting for spring in the cold wind.
Those reeds in the marsh by the park seem to be dead, but lives in underground.

That's absolutely true, you are a very sensitive person and you can feel the power of nature that's working inside, to explode in blooms and little leaves, soon...
I like the light and the colors of the winter. The nature is resting, taking forces for its next re-birth, sleeping under the blue sky , breathing cold , ready to start again...
It must be a universal feeling this time of year (in the northern hemisphere)that spring is coming soon. Yesterday it was in the 70sF here. Very, very warm. I think we are all very anxious for spring to come.
The trees and landscape are resting, gathering strength for the spring and summer. It reminds us to take time to rest and quiet ourselves. Thank you Nobu.

You said it exactly, Nobu, it looks so lonely. Truth be told, that is when the orchards and parks look lovely to me. Crazy, huh?
